Every board that leaves our Florence, Kentucky workshop starts as a slab of American walnut, maple, or cherry. We cut each piece to highlight the natural grain, sand it smooth through five grits, and finish with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax.

No two boards are identical. Live-edge pieces keep their natural bark rim. End-grain boards are built so your knife slides between wood fibers instead of cutting through them — which means sharper knives and a board that lasts decades, not months.
