Refund Policy

We want you to love your handcrafted board. If something is not right, we will make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any unused board within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The board must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@havencrafteds.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return shipping label (free for damaged or incorrect items; $8 deducted from refund for buyer-remorse returns).
  3. Package the board securely in its original box and drop it off at any USPS location.
  4. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged on Arrival

If your board arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost — you do not need to return the damaged board.

Custom or Personalized Boards

Custom-engraved or personalized boards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
